Dubai Visa Terms and Conditions
Please review these key points before you start your application.

Official fees are non-refundable
Once the visa is submitted to UAE immigration and official entry fees are paid, those fees cannot be refunded regardless of the outcome.

Approval is decided by immigration
Visa results are the exclusive decision of the immigration department. Approval or rejection cannot be controlled by any other party.

Entry validity depends on visa type
Dubai tourist visa: valid to enter the UAE for 60 days from issuance. Dubai GCC visa: valid for 30 days from issuance.

Entry validity can be extended (fees apply)
Entry validity may be extended for an additional fee, as long as the request is made before the entry validity expires.

Length of stay depends on your request
The permitted stay inside the UAE is 10, 30, or 60 days depending on your selected option. Extensions after entry may be available at extra cost.

Urgent/Instant delay refund (extra fee only)
If you selected Urgent or Instantprocessing and issuance is delayed beyond the stated timeframe, the additional amount paid for urgency will be refunded.
Urgent: 24–48 working hours · Instant: 6–12 working hours

Liability limitation
UTM and UAE immigration are not liable for charges, fees, or costs you may incur if visas are delayed.
