Exit Guarantee for Dubai Visa
A clear explanation of why it may be requested, and what it covers.
Overstay is not permitted
The UAE authorities do not allow you to stay inside the UAE longer than the period specified in your entry.
What the Exit Guarantee covers
If you overstay inside the UAE, you may become liable for two kinds of fees.

Overstay fees
Overstay fees are 100 AED for the first day, then 50 AEDfor each extra day.
In addition, 350 AED may be collected by Dubai immigration at the airport when you exit.

Irregularity case fees
These fees are collected by Dubai immigration from our company. UTM pays them (once) if the traveler overstays.
We charge an Exit Guarantee to cover these legal fees in case of overstay.
Important note
The Exit Guarantee does not apply to everyone. Each case is reviewed individually, and we request it only when necessary.
