How long does Schengen visa processing take?
Once the application file is submitted to the embassy or consulate, processing usually takes 15 to 20 days.
Processing time may vary depending on the embassy or consulate handling the application.
When should I apply for a Schengen visa?
You may start the process at any time. However, the application must be submitted:
- No earlier than 6 months before your travel date
- No later than 15 days before your intended travel date
How many times can I enter the Schengen Area?
Schengen visas may be issued as single-entry, double-entry, or multiple-entry.
