Schengen Visa Service – Terms & Conditions
Please review the following terms before using our Schengen visa service

Fee Policy: All fees paid for visa application and service are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.

Appointment Booking: Once an embassy appointment is booked, all fees paid become non-refundable under any circumstances.

Visa Application Results: The approval or refusal of a visa application is solely determined by the respective embassy or consulate.

Refund on Non-Booking: If an appointment is not booked within 10 days from payment, the paid amount is refundable upon request by the applicant.

Services Provided by UTM include:
- Booking the embassy appointment
- Completing the online visa application form
- Preparing the application file according to embassy requirements

Document Submission: Applicants must personally submit all required documents to the embassy or consulate at the time of their appointment.

Additional Services: UTM can assist with arranging travel insurance upon request.
