By using our Schengen visa service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:




1. Fee Policy: All fees paid for the visa application and service are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the visa application.


2. Appointment Booking: Once an appointment is booked, the fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.


3. Visa Application Results: The outcome of visa applications is solely determined by the respective embassy / consulate.


4. Refund on Non-Booking: If an appointment is not booked within 10 days following payment, the paid amount is refundable upon request by the applicant.


5. Services Provided by UTM: UTM is responsible for:

   - Booking the appointment.

   - Completing the online form.

   - Preparing the application file according to embassy requirements.


6. Document Submission: Applicants must personally deliver the required documents to the consulate/embassy at the time of their appointment.


7. Additional Services: UTM offers assistance with travel insurance upon request.
