After submitting the required documents, the full fee must be paid before the application process begins. The fee is non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome.

Your visa application is handled entirely by the Thai authorities, and the decision is made solely by them.

The visa validity, duration of stay, and number of entries vary depending on the visa type.

Flight and hotel reservations should be confirmed before applying, as these details are required to process the visa.

UTM and the Thai authorities are not liable for any fees, charges, or costs incurred due to visa delays or rejections.

In the event of an error caused by UTM in the issued visa, UTM commits to providing an alternative visa for all travellers and partially covering the costs of adjusting flight and hotel bookings, up to a maximum of AED 1,000 per person.
