Terms You Need to Know:
- Fee Policy: After submitting the required documents, the full fee must be paid before the application process begins. In case of visa rejection, a refund will be issued after deducting AED 100.
- Approval & Timeline: All visa applications are handled by the UAE Oman Royal Police, and the decision regarding approval or rejection rests solely with them. Neither UTM nor any other party can influence or control the outcome.
- Visa Details: The visa validity, duration of stay, and number of entries vary depending on the visa type.
- Liability and Error Correction Policy: UTM and Oman Royal Police are not liable for any fees, charges, or costs incurred due to visa delays or rejections.
In the event of an error caused by UTM in the issued visa, UTM commits to providing an alternative visa for all travellers and partially covering the costs of adjusting flight and hotel bookings, up to a maximum of AED 1,000 per person. UTM’s responsibility is limited to the correction of errors as outlined in this clause.
