Terms & Conditions for Indonesia eVisa:
1. After submitting the required documents, the full fee must be paid before the application process begins, and the fee is non-refundable regardless of the application outcome.
2. The visa duration within the country is 60 days and can be used for a single entry, with a validity period of 3 months before travel.
3. Please do not book flight tickets or hotels until the visa has been issued. UTM and Indonesian Immigration are not responsible for any delays in visa issuance.
4. In case of any errors caused by us in the visa issued, UTM commits to providing an alternative visa for all travellers and partially covering the costs of adjusting flight and hotel bookings, up to a maximum of 1,000 AED per person. UTM responsibility is limited to the correction of errors as stated in this clause.
