Your visa application is handled entirely by the Saudi authorities, and the decision is made solely by them.

The visa validity, duration of stay, and number of entries are confirmed only once the visa is issued.

UTM and the Saudi authorities are not liable for any fees, charges, or costs incurred due to visa delays or rejections.

In the event of an error caused by UTM in the issued visa, UTM commits to providing an alternative visa for all travellers and partially covering the costs of adjusting flight and hotel bookings, up to a maximum of AED 1,000 per person.
