What are the terms and conditions for the Job Seeker Visa?



Here are the terms and conditions for the Dubai Job Seeker Visa:


    1.    To initiate your application with the Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, the full fee must be paid, and it is non-refundable regardless of the application’s outcome.


    2.    The status of the application is entirely and exclusively under the control of the Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs; no other party can expedite the process or influence the approval or rejection.


    3.    The validity of the Dubai Job Seeker visa before entering the UAE is 60 days from the date of issue.


    4.    The visa’s validity cannot be extended before entry.


    5.    The stay duration within the UAE is 120 days, and the visa can be extended after entering the UAE for an additional fee.


    6.    Application for the Job Seeker visa is open to individuals aged between 20 to 35 years, provided they have a university degree or diploma.


    7.    Once the visa is issued , a payment of 1000 UAE Dirhams as a compliance guarantee must be made. This amount is fully refundable upon leaving the country or changing the status within the country without any violations.


    8.    Do not book flight tickets or hotels until after the visa is issued; UTM and the Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs bear no responsibility for any issues arising from visa issuance delays.
